Stunningly decorated! Great location within minutes walk of 2 stations and access to trams. Room & bathroom were spotless. Staff always friendly and professional, very helpful. A lot of care goes into this hotel. Excellent find - would highly recommend and definitely return. Didnt eat here but drinks are cheap. Tip: take a chromecast or firestick unless you speak fluent Italian!

We were really happy with this hotel. Our room was big with a small balcony, which was unexpected, the bathroom was also a good size. Staff were very friendly and professional. It's in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the red line or you can walk to the Duomo. Breakfast selection was very good with plenty of cold and some hot options which were continually refreshed.

Lovely hotel. We have chosen this hotel because of the floors (not being tiles:)), but the hotel had more nice features. Room was nicely decorated, warm (during cold days). I loved both shower gel and shampoo. Breakfast was good, good coffee available as well. Welcoming staff both reception and breakfast. Location is central: we walked easily from the train station and to the centre of Milan. Lately we were using metro - convenient as well.

The hotel is small in what looks like a not so popular area, but at the same time it is close to everything if you are willing to commute by metro or walk. We are from NYC so walking everywhere is not a big deal. Front desk staff was friendly, approachable and understanding, even when our Italian was very limited, we appreciated it very much. Water pressure and temperature was perfect and bathroom was modern and clean.

The location of the hotel is perfect as it’s close to most attractions in Milan. Breakfast is very good and lots of variety and freshly prepared. We enjoyed their fresh ricotta cheese and cold cuts. Breakfast area is clean and beautiful. Lots of sitting area in the lobby. Staff is very friendly and the lobby has a nice sitting area. Amenities provided in the room is good.

The hotel and facilities were clean and really nice, the staff were very welcoming and let us check in slightly early because the room was ready to go. Christian at the bar was always accommodating, helped with all our questions and made great drinks and food every time. Breakfast had a great variety of food. The location was a 15min walk from the central station with luggage, and was close to the metro line which made it super easy to get around the city.

There is a fantastic cozy garden where you can also have breakfast. In the summer no insects were bothering and in general we had one of the best experience of having breakfasts at a hotel. The stuff was very nice and friendly. Twice we asked for an iron and got it for free. Internet worked perfectly. The room was equipped with a kettle and cups. And also the bed was perfectly comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and modern, with the comfy and spacy shower. In general, there was everything one may need, such as the perfect hair dryer.

The hotel is within a walking distance from Milano Centrale train station and there are metro and tram stations nearby. The rooms have everything, including the slippers and the tea facilities. Great breakfast, especially the pancakes and the fresh fruits =) And special thanks for preparing the cold breakfast packs on our early morning checkout! The hotel team were really nice to us, especially the charming Roman!

Very good breakfast, with meat and fish, different cheese, vegetables, croissants... All you love is here. An excellent location helped us be at the needed point in just no time. Center of Milan and rail station - just 15 minutes walking. Very helpful staff tried to solve all the questions. Thank you, will come to again!
